  3. Sinus pressure points 3, just below the ear behind the earlobe: Apply pressure for 4 - 5 minutes. These points are for sphenoid sinuses.
  4. Sinus pressure points 4, on the earlobe: Apply pressure for 4 - 5 minutes with finger and thumb.
