Ingredients:
- Mango 1, peeled and cut into small chunks
- Orange 1, peeled and cut into small chunks
- Banana 2, large, peeled and cut into small chunks
- Paw Paw (Papaya) 1 cup, peeled and cut into small chunks
- Apple 1, cut into small chunks
- Cantaloupe cut as balls, 1 cup
- Orange juice, 1/2 cup
- Lime/lemon juice, 1 Tbsp
Spices:
- Salt to tast
- Black pepper to taste
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Serve chilled.

Preparation time: 30 minute
Ingredients:
- 1 small package lemon Jell-O
- 1-1/4 cup boiling water
- 1 can fruit cocktail, reserve the juice
- 2- 3oz packages cream cheese
- 1/2 pint whipping cream (whipped)
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
Preparation:
- Add water and reserved juice to the lemon Jell-O. Refrigerate until it becomes the consistency of egg whites.
- Beat in softened cream cheese to pea size. Add fruit cocktail, marshmallows and sliced bananas, and fold in the whipped cream.
- Place in a 9"x13" Pyrex dish or a mold and refrigerate 2-3 hours until firm.
Serve as dessert.

Ingredients:
- Apples, 2
- Flakes, frosted, 1 cup
- Peanut butter or low fat butter, 1/2 cup
Preparation:
- Cut apples into 16 slices/wedges and dip then in the peanut butter.
- Mash the frosted flakes into little bits.
- Mix the apples in the crushed frosted flake. Let sit in fridge for about an hour.
