Malai Ladoo (Laddu) Recipe

Malai ladoos are very easy and quick to make at home and they tast very good too.


How To Make Malai Ladoo or Rabri Laddu

Recipe 1 using Condensed Milk

Recipe type: Dairy product, Low fat
Preparation time: 30 minute

Ingredients Fpr Malai Laddu

  • Skim condensed milk, 1/2 cup
  • Paneer (cottage cheese), 250 g
  • Cardamom, freshly powdered, 1/8 tsp

Preparation of Malai Ladoo

  1. Take condensed milk and paneer in a skillet and cook on medium heat, stirring continuously, until it becomes thick and leaves sides.
  2. Mix cardamom powder and remove from heat and keep aside to cool.
  3. When the mixture is at room temperature make ladoos of about ping-pong size.

Recipe 2 of Malasi Ke Laddu using Microwave

Recipe type: Dairy product, fat free
Preparation time: 25 minute
Ingredients:

  • Reduced fat/fatfree milk cream 1 tin (225 g)
  • Skim milk Powder 200 g
  • Cardamom seeds powdered, 1/8 tsp
  • Sugar 100 g ( or to taste)

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a microwave safe deep bowl.
  2. Put the bowl in a microwave for a total time of 7-8 minutes, switch off the microwave every 2 minutes and stir well.
  3. Let the mixture cool for 3-4 minutes. Add sugar and mix it well. Again put the bowl in the microwave for 2 minutes.
  4. Take out the bowl and let it cool to a temperature that is comfortable to touch. Make a dough and make 1" size ladoos.
