Sprouted Mung Salad Recipe

Recipe type: Low fat, cholesterol free
Preparation time: 10 minute

Ingredients:

  • Sprouted Mung, 2 cup
  • Onion finely chopped, 1 cup
  • Cucumber, chopped, 1 cup
  • Tomato, chopped, 1 cup
  • Lettuce leaves chopped, 1 cup
  • Peanuts, roasted 1 Tbsp {Optiuonal)
  • Lime/lemon juice, 1 tsp
  • Mint or coriander leaves, chopped 1 Tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients except for coriander in a salad bowl.
  2. Garnish with coriander leaves.
