This seeds & fruit snack involves fruits, flax seeds and pumpkin seeds, which are very good for health. The seeds & fruit snack contains healthy oils of flax seeds and pumpkin seeds.


Seeds & fruit snack recipe

Recipe Type: Low fat (It contains the healthy fats.), no cholesterol
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:

  • 175 g natural no fat or skim yoghurt
  • 1/2 l water
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Nectarine (or another fruit but not banana or grapes)
  • 2 Tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds

Preparation

  1. Grind seeds as the fat buster is not released until ground.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix for a few minutes.

Serve as dessert within half an hour as flax seeds increase in volume by 20 percent.
