Natural weight loss is a preferred way of losing weight as it is based on natural foods and does not involve any diet (or fad diet).


You can be successful in your weight loss efforts in a natural way if you follow the tips.

    Natural weight loss is achieved by eating a raw natural plant based diet. Note that animals eat natural foods and there is no overweight or obesity problem in them. You should try to eat foods in their natural form as far as possible. Do not overcook the foods.

Rules for Natural Weight Loss

  • Eat three regular meals a day. Don't skip a meal, you will never burn fat by starving.
  • Lunch should be the main protein and carbohydrate meal and the dinner should be lighter.
  • Say no to white bread, buns and butter, ghee and oils wityh saturated fats.
  • Eat plenty of fibers in the form of fruit, whole grains, lentils and vegetables.
  • Avoid strong tea, coffee, fizzy drinks and mineral water.
  • Say goodbye to high sugar content fruits, vegetables and desserts such as potatoes, cooked carrots and sweet corn.
  • Say goodbye to beer and alcohol.
