hi.....I am 17, I want some help .....are there any exersices which can be followed so as to get firmer breasts?....plz help me out.

Please advise me any homemade recipe that helps to increase my breast size? I really lose my confidence daily due to this problem. My age is 25 years and have a normal health.

Your breasts are made up of mammary glands and fatty tissue. The muscles, called pectorals lying between the rib cage, hold breasts. Your breast has a nipple at its center surrounded by a dark area, called the areola.

As your body starts to develop during puberty when the hormone levels in your body change, a small bump, called the breast bud grows under the areola and nipple. This happens at the age of about 11 years in most girls. Your chest may slightly pain at this time. As your breasts develop, the bud and nipple get bigger and the areola darker. Your breasts will attain their full size (natural breasts) in 3-5 years from the time your breasts start growing.

Your heredity is the most important factor in determining breast shape and size. If your mother has big breasts, chances are that you will also have big breasts. Due to hormone imbalances as a result of poor eating habits, lack of minerals and vitamins, excessive stress and lack of exercise, you may have poor breast development during puberty.

For the proper development of breasts, wearing of right type of bras is very important. The breast biomechanics research team at the University of Portsmouth says that the wrong type of bra may damage your breasts without even realizing it. The wrong type of bra could lead to fragile ligaments becoming stretched, according to the Hampshire University’s Department of Sports. Science.

Note that no creams, pills or exercises or enhancers will change your breast size. However, some enlargement or enhancement creams, patches or pills claim to supply phytoestrogens isoflavone to regulate female hormones, promote growth of new breast tissue and show beneficial effects. They claim to activate estrogen receptor sites in the breast that may have been inactive since puberty and promote natural breast enlargement.

Breast/Bust Enhancement Exercises

Exercise is to keep your pectorals muscles in good shape that support your breasts. This will give your breasts a good cleavage, firmer shape and lift, make them appear bigger, natural increase, more shapely and perfect.

Simple exercise: Stand holding your arms in front of your thighs. Keep a distance of about 1 inch between your feet. Inhale slowly and raise the arms. Bring hands down to the original position exhaling. Repeat 10-12 times.

There are several herbal and other medications available. But exercise is a natural way to frim breasts.

  1. The Modified Push Up

    Lie on your stomach, bend your knees, and cross your ankles. Bend your elbows and place your palms on the floor a bit to the side and in front of your shoulders. Straighten your arms and lift your body so you're balanced on your palms and knees. Tuck your chin a few inches toward your chest so your forehead faces the floor. Tighten your abdominals.

    Bend your elbows and lower your entire body at once. Rather than trying to touch your chest to the floor, lower only until your upper arms are parallel to the floor. Push back up. Don't lock your elbows at the top of the movement and don't do the dreaded "head bob." That's when you dip your head toward the floor without moving any other part of your body.

  2. Soup Can Press
    Lie on your back with your feet flat on the floor and a soup can or dumbbell in each hand. Push the soup cans up so your arms are directly over your shoulders and your palms face away from you. Pull your abdominals in but don't jam your back into the floor; don't let it arch way up, either. Tilt your chin toward your chest.

    Lower the soup cans down and a little to the side until your elbows lightly touch the floor. Push the weights back up, taking care not to lock your elbows or allow your shoulder blades to rise off the floor.
  3. Incline Fly
    Lie on the floor with your head, neck and upper back propped up against several large pillows. Hold a soup can or dumbbell in each hand and press the weights directly above your chest, palms facing each other. Tuck your chin to your chest to align your neck with the rest of your spine, and maintain your natural back posture, neither arched nor flattened.

    Spreading your arms apart so that your elbows travel down and to the sides, lower the weights until your elbows lightly touch the floor. Maintaining a constant bend in your elbows, lift the weights back up, imagining that you have a barrel lying on your chest and you have to keep your arms wide to reach around it.

Besides above exercise, you should do exercise with a gym ball.

Natural Breast Enlargement

  1. Eat Sesame Seeds (Til) in your daily diet. Sesame Seeds are effective in firming and enlarging women breasts. The sesame oil can be applied on the breast as massage.
  2. Drink red raspberry tea to keep your breasts healthy.
  3. Eat wheat, bran and cabbage to keep your breasts healthy.
  4. Massage well your breasts with a mixture of 1 teaspoon of vitamin E oil and 1 tablespoon of yogurt with an egg. Wear an old bra and leave for 30 minutes. Wash with warm water.
  5. Foods that help remove lumps in breast are soybeans and alfalfa sprouts. These foods contain phytoestrogens which mimic human oestrogen. You should always consult a doctor if you have lumps in breast.

Diet for Breast

The millions of women throughout the world who would like to get bigger breasts need to be able to get a lot of estrogen into their body. Estrogen is the "female hormone", which is responsible for making your body more curvy and your breasts bigger.

Women's bodies are full of estrogen called Phyto-Estrogen from the ages of 12-16, at the time of puberty. After this the levels of estrogen in their body are dramatically reduced, leaving their breasts to remain at that size throughout their adult life.

There is various estrogen-rich foods such as flax seeds, soy beans, Tofu and alfalfa sprouts, which you can eat to make your breasts grow by up to one-two cup sizes. However, you should not increase the level of estrogen in your body, otherwise it can show unwanted side effects on your body.
