  1. Cleanse & Brush Your Body

    Dirt blocks the skin pores causing blackheads and acne or pimples. Wash your face when you return to home. Use a master facial cleanser recipe. You could mix 1 tsp each of lemon and honey and apply it to your face and neck for ten minutes and then wash off. Body brushing is also essential for your body. It removes the dead skin cells providing the natural drainage of the lymph glands, thereby toning and stimulating the skin. Always use a soft brush and work on when your skin is dry.

    Glow and make skin smooth by using a banana or honey mask. Mash a ripe banana with milk and apply on face and neck. Wash it with cold water after 20 minutes to get a glowing and smooth skin.

    Makeup is an art. The aim of makeup is to enhance the beauty by hiding the poor features of the face and hilighting the good ones. A complete makeup includes foundation, powder, rouge, eye shadow, mascara and lipstik. You should have a good knowledge of each of these.

  4. Protect Yourself from the Sun

    Sun's ultraviolet rays are harmful for your skin and eyes. Don't go out between 12:00 to 2:00 when the sun is at its peak. Before going under the sun, apply a broad spectrum sunscreen on with a sun protection factor (SPF) of 30 or more to prevent skin cancer.

    Make it a habit to wear sunglasses whenever you go out in sun or on beach. It will delay the appearance of wrinkles around your eyes.

  5. Look at Your Hair

    Look at your hair at least on weekends. Oiling hair and massaging scalp regularly will prevent various hair problems. Apply some hair mask. Get regular hair trimming. You should also look at hair setting and styling.

    Apply oil to your hair and wrap a steaming towel on your head for 15 minutes.

  6. Don't Forget the Water

    Drink plenty of water. It is good for your skin and body.

  7. Have a Sound Sleep

    Having a sound sleep is essential. Learn to get a sound sleep. Discover the cause of your insomnia. Before going to bed, try Yoga and listening to music.
