Making Tandoori Masala Powder at Home


  • Coriander seeds, 2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds, 1.5 tsp
  • Turmeric powder, 1 tsp
  • Garlic Powder, 2 tsp
  • Ginger powder, 1 tsp
  • Mango powder (amchoor), 1 tsp
  • Paprika, 2 tsp
  • Red Chili powder, 1 tsp
  • Mint powder, 1 tsp


  1. Spray oil in a non-stick frying pan and roast coriander and cumin seeds till they turn aromatic.
  2. Mix all the ingredients and grind into a fine powder using a grinder.
  3. Store tandoori masala in a air-tight bottle and useit when required.
