The following home remedies will get rid of plaque naturally.
- Brush Correctly with a good toothpaste. Brushing your teeth properly at the inner, outer and chewing surfaces will prevent plaque formation.
- Baking Soda
Put some baking soda on the toothbrush and scrub on the plaque.
- Apple Cider Vinegar
Soak the toothbrush in some vinegar and Brush teeth with a soft toothbrush soaked in apple cider vinegar. Immediately rinse your mouth thoroughly to prevent any damage to the tooth enamel.
- Sunflower Seeds
Sunflower seeds, 1 teaspoons
Linden flower or lime flower, 1 teaspoons
Water, 250 ml
Mix all the above ingredients to a bowl and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Brush your teeth with the mixture after each meal.
Put the about 10 g walnut shells in some water and boil for 15 minutes. Dip the toothbrush into the mixture and brush the teeth for 5 minutes after each meal.
