Ingredients
- Rice flour, 250 gm
- Cooked rice, 250 gm
- Salt to taste
- Coconut milk, 1/2 tin
- Oil/Butter/Ghee, 20 ml
Directions
- In a blender grind the cooked rice with enough coconut milk to make a smooth paste.
- Mix all the ingredients with the rice and make a hard dough.
- Divide the dough into required size, form into balls and roll into thin circles.
- Heat a griddle and cook each aripathiri using little oil/ghee.
Serve aripathiri (rice panecake) hot with any curry.
