Method of Making Tomato Soup

Mutter-Palak Soup| Lentil Soup| Rice Soup| Beans Soup

Preparation time: 10 minute

Ingredients:

  • Tomato juice, 2 cups
  • Ginger paste, 1 tsp
  • Skim Milk, 1/2 cup
  • Cornflour, 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Roasted Cumin seed powder, 1 tsp
  • Powdered mint leaves, 1/2 tsp

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients (except milk) in a deep skillet and boil on medium heat for 3-4 minute.
  2. Add the milk and stir well. Simmer on low heat for about 2-3 minute.
