Preparation time: 10 minute
- Tomato juice, 2 cups
- Ginger paste, 1 tsp
- Skim Milk, 1/2 cup
- Cornflour, 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Roasted Cumin seed powder, 1 tsp
- Powdered mint leaves, 1/2 tsp
- Combine all the ingredients (except milk) in a deep skillet and boil on medium heat for 3-4 minute.
- Add the milk and stir well. Simmer on low heat for about 2-3 minute.
