Tomato Soup| Mutter-Palak Soup| Lentil Soup| Rice Soup

Ingredients:
- Beans, carrot, chopped, 2 cups
- Onion, 1 chopped
- Skim Milk, 3 cups
- Water, 1 cup
- Cornflour, 1 tsp
- Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Powdered mint leaves, 1/2 tsp
- Olive oil or canola oil, 2 tsp
Directions
- deep skillet, fry onions in oil for 4-5 minutes. Combine all the ingredients (except milk) and boil on medium heat for 3-4 minute.
- Add the milk and stir well. Simmer on low heat for about 2-3 minute.
