- Carrot, chopped into thin 1 inch long sticks, 2 cup
- Lime or lemon juice, fresh, 2 Tablespoon
- Turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon
- Mustard seeds, powdered, 2 teaspoon
- Aniseed, 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon
- Fenugreek powder, 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl thoroughly and put in sun light for 2 hours.
- Transfer to a jar and cover it with airtight lid.
Serve with main foods, snacks, etc.
Hint: Can be used for 3-4 weeks.
