Gajar Achaar, Carrot Pickles Recipe

Carrot pickles makes food very tasty. You can eat this pickle with bread, roti, rice or any thing. You can make carrot pickles quickly in 10 minutes. It is a svery simple and easy recipe.



Green chili Pickle | Aam ka achaar | Dhania Pudina Chutney |Mango Chutney | Garlic Chutney | Imli Raita, Tamarind Sauce |

Preparation time: 10 minute

Ingredients:

  • Carrot, chopped into thin 1 inch long sticks, 2 cup
  • Lime or lemon juice, fresh, 2 Tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon
  • Mustard seeds, powdered, 2 teaspoon
  • Aniseed, 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fenugreek powder, 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl thoroughly and put in sun light for 2 hours.
  2. Transfer to a jar and cover it with airtight lid.

Serve with main foods, snacks, etc.

Hint: Can be used for 3-4 weeks.
