Ingredients
- Ghia Torii (Zucchini), 4
- Canola oil or olive oil, 1 tsp
- Lime Juice, 2 tsp
Spices
- Red chili Powder, 3/4 tsp
- Coriander Powder, 2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder, 1/8 tsp
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Wash the turai. Cut into 1.5" pieces. Make a slit at one long side of each zucchini piece. keep aside.
- In a bowl, mix all the spices with lime juice.
- Fill the spice mixture in the slit of each zucchini piece and close gently.
- Heat a non-stick pan and spary oil. Add all the zucchini pieces, and cover 3/4th of the pan. Cook for 6-7 minutes over medium heat or till the pieces become tender. Change the sides of the zucchini pieces and again cook for 6-7 minutes.
