1 cup leafy vegetables (raw)
1/2 cup cooked beans, peas, other legumes
3/4 cup vegetable juice
Dry Beans, Legumes, Nuts, Seedsnuts or seeds 2 Tbsp
cooked dry beans or peas - 1/2 cup
tofu or tempeh - 1/4 cup
peanut butter - 2 Tbsp
soy milk - 1 cup
Dairy 1 cup milk
8 ounces (1 cup) yogurt
1.5 ounces natural cheese
2 ounces processed cheese
