Nutrition Facts And Calories In Subway Sandwiches

Subway preparations offer comparatively low calories from fats. The nutrition from subway, however, may depend on the person who prepares the meal.



If you look at the Subway nutrition chart, you will find that there are several sandwiches that are with less than 400 calories.These are low in fat, cholesterol and free from trans-fat. If you add cheese and mayo to these sandwiches, the calories and fat level will go up, however it is still a better choice than the majority of other fast-food sandwiches.
