There are certain foods that raise blood sugar. If you suffer from symptoms of high blood sugar, you must completely discard these high blood sugar foods that may spike your blood sugar quickly.     Avoid fruit juices, fruit drinks and fruits with high glycemic index.

  5. White Bread: White bread is made with refined flour which is quickly digested by your body. The quick digestion of white bread can cause your blood sugar to rise and type 2 diabetes.

  7. Meats are high in calories and saturated fat, which can contribute to the development of type 2 diabetes. Avoid eating processed meat like sausage, hot dog or bacon too much.

  8. Fast Food

  9. Fast foods are high in calories, salt and fat, which can increase your blood sugar levels and your risk for type 2 diabetes. If you are already ahve risk factors for developing diabetes, you should avoid foods high in salt, sugar and fat.

  10. Packaged Foods / Snack foods
