Cholesterol Content of Cookies

The cholesterol in cookies is not much. But note the high fat content of fat, that is equally bad for your health. Most of the cookies contain trans-fatty acids (hydrogenated fats), which is even worse than the cholesterol and is also responsible for high cholesterol and high triglyceride levels.
