Ingredients:
- Sprouted beans or sprouted mung, 1 cup
- Onion, 1/2 cup, finely chopped
- Tomato, finely chopped, 1/2 cup
- Coriander, 1 Tbsp, finely chopped
- Lime/lemon juice, 2 tsp
- Corriander (Cilantro) leaves, chopped 1 Tbsp
- Green chili or capsicum (gereen pepper), finely chopped, 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper, 1/2 tsp
Directions
- Toss all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
