Sprouted Bean Salad Recipe

Recipe type: Low fat, cholesterol free
Preparation time: 10 minute

  • Sprouted beans or sprouted mung, 1 cup
  • Onion, 1/2 cup, finely chopped
  • Tomato, finely chopped, 1/2 cup
  • Coriander, 1 Tbsp, finely chopped
  • Lime/lemon juice, 2 tsp
  • Corriander (Cilantro) leaves, chopped 1 Tbsp
  • Green chili or capsicum (gereen pepper), finely chopped, 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper, 1/2 tsp


  1. Toss all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
