What Is Kachumber Salad and How it is Made?

Kachumber salad is served in restaurants.

Recipe type: Low fat, cholesterol free
Preparation time: 10 minute

Ingredients:

  • Cucumber, 1 chopped
  • Onion, 1 finely chopped
  • Tomato, 1 finely chopped
  • Radish, 1 finely chopped
  • Carror, 1 small, finely chopped
  • Mint or coriander leaves, 1 Tbsp finely chopped
  • Green chili, 1 finely chopped
  • Fresh lime.lemon juice, 1 tsp
  • (Optional) Oilve oil, 1 Tbsp

Spices:

  • Red chili powder, 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Cumin seeds, 1 tsp

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl and toss.

Serve kachumber salad with main food.
