Ingredients:
- Cucumber, 1 chopped
- Onion, 1 finely chopped
- Tomato, 1 finely chopped
- Radish, 1 finely chopped
- Carror, 1 small, finely chopped
- Mint or coriander leaves, 1 Tbsp finely chopped
- Green chili, 1 finely chopped
- Fresh lime.lemon juice, 1 tsp
- (Optional) Oilve oil, 1 Tbsp
Spices:
- Red chili powder, 1/2 tsp
- salt to taste
- Cumin seeds, 1 tsp
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl and toss.
Serve kachumber salad with main food.
