Recipe type: Low Fat , cholesterol free Preparation time: 10 minute Ingredients: Apples, 2 Flakes, frosted, 1 cup Peanut butter or low fat butter, 1/2 cup Preparation: Cut apples into 16 slices/wedges and dip then in the peanut butter. Mash the frosted flakes into little bits. Mix the apples in the crushed frosted flake. Let sit in fridge for about an hour.
